Clean room, friendly staff, with 24-hour reception and comfortable air conditioning perfect for a restful night after exploring the nearby shops.

Plot twist, it’s actually great!
A truly pleasant surprise! The staff, especially Dario, went above and beyond to arrange our taxi to the airport and even sorted our dinner from a local restaurant. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast options were decent and included yummy pastries. Definitely a comfortable stay!

Good hotel for a quick stop near Naples Airport. Staff, especially Alessia, provided fantastic service. she arranged a taxi at 5 AM and even ordered pizza for dinner. The room was clean with fresh bedding and towels, but the furnishings felt outdated. There was ample free parking, which was convenient. Breakfast options were limited and basic. Expect some noise from the nearby freeway at night, which may disrupt sleep. Despite some drawbacks, I'd consider returning due to the helpful staff and overall comfort.

After staying at various hotels in the city, europa exceeded my expectations this quiet weekend. The newly renovated room was really nice and spacious The breakfast with freshly baked croissants was a good surprise!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were outstanding, particularly Antonio at the front desk, who gave us great tips on where to go. With two babies in tow, we appreciated how spacious our room was and how clean everything felt. Breakfast was delightful!
My wife says that the lack of family dining options was disappointing.
